Unlike other aptitude tests, GMAT is not confined geographically and is accepted by almost all the major universities throughout the world. From Indian point of view, it makes more sense to opt for GMAT when one has two or more than two years of experience. Prior to that, CAT is a very good option. When more experienced, it makes sense to use the experience and go for a global MBA that gives a different exposure with a more matured peer group with most of the individuals already having few years of managerial experience.
